In 2006 United Leasing Association was established "The North-West Leasing Education Center" - special the Non-governmental Educational Institution.
It performs training (in Russian) of leasing industry specialists under specialized programs:

· Foreign trade activities of a leasing company
· Business accounting and taxation of leasing activity
